RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ apply to ‘Sky Christmas’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 9th December 2013 to Sunday 15th December 2013 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Network.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message to the text number given out on air (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
4. From all the texts received one will be selected at random and brought to air to play. The entrant will be asked to name the Sky Christmas film as described by the ‘Heart Princess’
5. If they guess correctly, they win, if not we’ll randomly select another caller
6. The listener will be notified if they’re a winner while on the air.
7. All entrants may be required to talk to the presenter and a call will be recorded with the presenter and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random – this is at the station’s discretion.
Eligibility:
8. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over only. Proof of age may be required. The Competition is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company (“Sky”), companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies.
Prize:
9. 1 x Sky’s full TV package consisting of:

11. Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below);
12. 1 x 12 month subscription to Sky’s full TV package
13. 1 x ticket permitting entry for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children) for the performance of Disney On Ice presents Dare to Dream at The O2, London, on 3rd January 2013 at 6.30pm
14. A meet and greet with the stars of the show in Sky Backstage before the show
15. Return train travel for a family of four from the winner’s hometown to London. The winner and guests will travel on 3 January, returning on 4 January 2014.
16. Return private car transfers from the station/airport of arrival to the hotel
17. One night’s accommodation in a four star hotel in London with breakfast on 3 January (based on a family of four sharing one room)
18. Return transfers from the hotel to The O2, London
19. The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):
a. If you are a winner, you will be required to enter into three (3) subscription contracts (one Sky digital, one Sky+ and one Sky+HD subscription contract). After your 12 months' free viewing, unless you cancel or change your package, giving 31 days or more notice, standard subscription charges will apply (see www.sky.com for details). Sky+ subscription is included in your Sky TV subscription and is required to use the Personal Video Recorder features of the Sky+HD box. You will need Sky professionally installed even if you already have a minidish. Costs may apply for non-standard set-up. You must keep your Sky+HD box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line. If you need a minidish you will be responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord's) before installation Multiroom is not included in the Prize. Existing Sky customers will receive Sky’s top TV package free for 12 months, an upgrade to a Sky+ HD box. Sky will contact you to arrange installation of the your Prize. You must redeem their Prize within one year. Failure to make an installation application within this time period could result in loss of Prize. If you have a previous uncleared debt with Sky, you will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared. There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
b. Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner’s Prize. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
c. There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

e. Train travel available from UK Mainland stations to London. Family booking based on 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 at time of travel sharing 1 family room. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel. No cash alternative is available. Prize trip is valid for set travel dates of 3 to 4 January 2014. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended. Winner must be aged 18 or over. If the winner lives within the M25 area and does not want to take the hotel accommodation, he/she will be entitled to return transfers from their home direct to The O2 Arena, North Greenwich.
