Previously dismissed after several plastic surgeries and many drunken escapades, Tara Reid donned a skimpy bikini this week and frolicked on the beach in Hawaii to show the world ... she's looking fiiiiiiiiine.

Reid has come a long way since she famously got denied at Hyde -- the night we discovered Kim K -- or tripped over a motorcycle or stumbled out of a club on a Tuesday or ... well, you get the idea.

It's amazing what clean living and a movie about a weather disaster made out of sharks can do for a person.
